Master LinkedIn in 10 Days: A Free Email Course for Founders
A free LinkedIn course for founders, delivered as ten short emails over ten days. One lesson a day, about five minutes each, covering your positioning, your profile, what to post, and how a reader becomes a conversation. It’s the same sequence we take paying clients through in onboarding, written by Zubair and Noman.

What’s in the free LinkedIn course for founders
Three blocks. Each lesson ends with one thing to do that takes less than thirty minutes.
Days 1 to 3 — Positioning and profile
1. What you should be known for. Choosing one claim you can defend, and the test for whether it’s actually a position or just a job description.
2. Your headline and About, rewritten. The two lines that survive LinkedIn’s truncation, and what belongs in them.
3. The rest of the page. Banner, Featured, and the pinned post that states your argument for anyone arriving cold.
Days 4 to 7 — What to post, and how it sounds
4. Where posts come from. Mining your own week instead of searching for ideas. The four questions we ask clients on every weekly call.
5. Four content pillars. Picking the topics you’ll own for a year, and the ones to leave alone.
6. The first line. Openings that earn the second line, and the five that guarantee a scroll past.
7. Writing like you talk. The specific habits that make a post sound like a person: sentence length, your own words, the thing you’d never say.
Days 8 to 10 — Engagement and conversations
8. Comments, the half of LinkedIn nobody plans. Whose posts to comment on and what a comment has to do to be worth writing.
9. Turning a reader into a conversation. What to do when someone engages, and the message that doesn’t read as a pitch.
10. The cadence you can keep. Building a posting rhythm that survives a bad month, which is the only thing that compounds.
What this is, and what it isn’t
It is the onboarding sequence we run with clients, written out. The positioning exercise in lesson 1 is the one we use in the paid 90-minute session. The pillar framework in lesson 5 is the one on our clients’ content plans.
It isn’t a drip sequence with a sales email bolted to every lesson. Ten lessons, then one message telling you what we do, then nothing unless you asked for more.
It won’t fix the problem most founders actually have. The course solves strategy and it helps with voice. It does nothing for time. If you finish all ten days, know exactly what to write, and still haven’t posted in three weeks, that’s the honest moment to consider LinkedIn ghostwriting.
Who wrote it
Zubair and Noman, who run ThoughtLeaders from Dubai and spend their week doing this for founders.
Who it’s for
Worth your ten days if
- You’re a founder, consultant or senior executive and your buyers are on LinkedIn
- You post occasionally and can’t tell whether it’s working
- You’ve read a lot of LinkedIn advice and want the version written by people who do it as a job
- You’d rather do this yourself than pay someone
Skip it if
- You’re job hunting. The whole sequence assumes you’re selling something.
- You already post consistently with a clear position. Lessons 8 to 10 might still be useful; the first seven won’t.
- You want it handed over. Start with the free LinkedIn profile audit and then the call.
Before you sign up
How often do the emails arrive? One a day for ten days, then one closing note.
Can I unsubscribe mid-course? One click, in every email, and it takes effect immediately.
