The hardest part of this business is not writing. It is writing as someone else, every week, without the drafts drifting toward the sound of the internet. That is a craft problem and a process problem at the same time, and it is the part Noman owns.
In practice that means the voice guide: the document that records how a client actually argues, the phrases they use without noticing, the words they would never say, and the claims they refuse to make. It means the editing pass that catches a draft reaching for a cliché. And it means the engagement work, where a comment written in the client’s name has to pass the same test as a post.
