LinkedIn Thought Leadership Blog

This is the ThoughtLeaders LinkedIn thought leadership blog: what we’ve learned building positions for B2B founders and executives, written to be useful whether you hire us or do it yourself. Prices are real numbers, not ranges we invented. Where we don’t know something, we say so. Where our own interest is in play, we tell you before you read it.

Who writes this

Zubair and Noman, plus the writers on our team, all of whom work on live client accounts. Every post carries a byline, a “last updated” date, and a link to the author’s page. Nothing here is published anonymously or by a freelancer who has never run an account.

Three rules we hold ourselves to, because this is a blog published by an agency:

We publish our own prices. Any post about cost shows our three packages and the market ranges around them, so you can see where we sit.

We disclose when we’re in the comparison. If a post ranks or compares agencies and we’re one of them, that’s stated in the first screen, not a footnote.

We date the data. External figures carry their source and the month we checked them. Cost articles are refreshed every quarter.

How to Run LinkedIn Ads: A Founder's Guide

To run LinkedIn ads you need a Company Page, an ad account, an objective, an audience of at least 300 members and a budget of at least $10 a day. A founder's lowest-risk start is a post that already worked organically, run as a Thought Leader Ad or a boost.

LinkedIn Commenting Strategy

A LinkedIn commenting strategy for executives is a named list of 20 to 30 accounts, about 15 minutes on four days a week, and one rule: every comment adds something the post left out.

LinkedIn Ghostwriter vs AI Tools: What Should You Use

LinkedIn Ghostwriting Cost in the UAE: AED Price Guide 2026

LinkedIn ghostwriting in the UAE costs about AED 1,500 to AED 6,500 a month from local providers and about AED 4,800 to AED 29,400 from specialist agencies in 2026. Most of the gap is explained by what comes with the posts: positioning, voice capture and engagement.

LinkedIn Personal Branding vs PR for UAE Executives

PR earns you what other people say about you. LinkedIn personal branding is what you say yourself, every week, to the people who buy from you. Most UAE executives need both, and the real decision is which comes first.

How to Turn Your LinkedIn Posts into a Book

To turn LinkedIn posts into a book, keep only the ideas that held up, find the one argument they share, outline chapters around it, and write the material posts never had room for. Plan for about a year to a finished manuscript.

The seven things we write about

Each category exists to answer a real question a founder asks before, during or instead of hiring someone. Each one also points at the page that sells the matching work, which is stated here rather than hidden.

1. What it costs

Real numbers for LinkedIn ghostwriting and personal branding: our packages, freelancer rates, agency retainers, in-house salaries, and the same question answered in dirhams for the UAE. Refreshed quarterly, with the year in the title.

Supports LinkedIn ghostwriting packages

2. How to choose

Agency against freelancer against an in-house hire against an AI tool. What to ask a ghostwriter before you sign. When not to hire anyone. Written to be useful even when the answer is “not us”.

Supports LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders

3. Positioning and strategy

Choosing what you’ll be known for, content pillars that hold up for a year, topical authority, and what “thought leadership” means once you remove the word from the sentence.

Supports LinkedIn personal branding agency

4. Voice, writing and ethics

How to sound like yourself at volume, why AI drafts read the way they do, who owns a ghostwritten post, and where the ethical line actually sits.

Supports LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders

5. Engagement, ads and pipeline

Commenting strategy for executives, turning readers into conversations, lead magnets that get downloaded, and running Thought Leader Ads on posts that already worked organically.

Supports LinkedIn engagement management, content-led lead generation and LinkedIn advertising agency

6. Leadership teams

Running several executives at once: one narrative in many voices, approvals with comms and legal, employee advocacy, and whether to post from the company page or the founder’s profile.

Supports corporate personal branding and LinkedIn company page management

7. The UAE and the GCC

What LinkedIn looks like from here: UAE usage data, dirham pricing, the split regional working week, Arabic and English, and how Gulf buyers decide. The thinnest search results we found anywhere, and the ones we’re most useful on.

About the ThoughtLeaders LinkedIn thought leadership blog

How often do you publish? Two posts a week through launch, then weekly. Cost and data posts are refreshed quarterly rather than republished as new.

Can I republish or quote this? Quote freely with a link back. Don’t republish a post in full. If you want to reprint something for an internal deck or a newsletter, email us and we’ll usually say yes.

Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges? No. Every post here is written by someone who works on client accounts.

Reading this instead of writing your own posts

That’s the usual reason founders end up here. If you’d rather hand it over, the call takes thirty minutes and you’ll leave with the three things we’d change first either way.

  1. We read your profile first.

    No homework for you.

  2. You do most of the talking.

What you sell, who decides, what you’ve already tried.

  3. You leave with a plan, or a straight no.
