LinkedIn Personal Branding Agency for Founders & CEOs

We're a LinkedIn personal branding agency that starts with positioning, not posting. First we decide what you should be known for, which topics you'll own and which you'll leave alone. Then your profile, your content and your engagement all argue the same thing, month after month, until the market agrees.

  • A positioning map: your claim, your territory, your three to five topics
  • A topical authority plan that compounds instead of scattering
  • A voice guide, so the position sounds like you saying it

Definition

What a LinkedIn personal branding agency actually does

A LinkedIn personal branding agency decides what you should be known for, then makes every public signal you send argue for it. Positioning first, then the profile, then content and engagement in that order.

The common failure is doing it backwards. A founder starts posting, gets a few good weeks, and ends up with a feed of unrelated subjects: hiring one week, a conference photo the next, a product note after that. Volume goes up. Recognition doesn’t, because there’s nothing for anyone to remember you for.

Personal branding is not a headshot, a colour palette or a tagline. On LinkedIn it’s one sentence a buyer can repeat about you when you’re not in the room. Our job is to choose that sentence with you, then prove it in public until people say it back.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

Right for you if

  • You're a founder, CEO or senior executive, and your company sells to businesses
  • You already have expertise and no idea which part of it to lead with
  • You've been posting for months and nobody can describe what you're about
  • You're willing to take a position competitors will publicly disagree with
  • You're entering a market, raising, or selling something that needs trust before the first call

Not for you if

  • You want reach from whatever is trending this week. Positioning narrows on purpose.
  • You want a logo, a photo shoot and a brand book. That's a different kind of agency, and a good one is worth hiring.
  • You want us to invent a point of view you don't hold
  • You want to be known for everything. Everything means nothing.

Signature method

Positioning mapping

Positioning mapping is our signature step, and the thing most LinkedIn agencies skip. It's one 90-minute session plus a written map you sign off before any content is produced.

What the session covers

  • What you sell and who signs. The buying committee, the deal size, the length of the cycle, and the objection that kills deals.
  • What you believe that your market doesn’t. The opinion you’d defend in a room of competitors. This is the spine of the whole program, and it’s the question founders find hardest.
  • Your proof. The things you’ve personally seen that let you make the claim. Not credentials. Scars.
  • What the territory is already crowded with. We read your five nearest competitors’ last 90 days of posts before the session, so we know which ground is taken.
  • What you’ll leave alone. The subjects you’ll stop posting about, even when they’d perform. Topics you decline are part of the position.

What the map contains

  1. The claim. One sentence, in plain words, that a buyer could repeat. No adjectives.
  2. The territory. The slice of your market where the claim is credible and not already owned.
  3. Three to five topics you’ll return to until the market associates them with your name, each with the proof you hold and the buyer question it answers.
  4. The anti-topics. What you won’t cover, and why.
  5. The voice note. How the claim sounds in your words, pulled verbatim from the recording.
  6. The twelve-month arc. What you argue first, what you earn the right to argue later.

Compounding

Topical authority building

Topical authority is an idea borrowed from search, and it works the same way on LinkedIn. Coverage of one subject, repeated with depth over time, is worth more than one post each about twenty subjects.

In practice it means three things:

Depth before breadth. A topic isn’t one post, it’s eight to twelve angles on the same question. The objection version. The case-study version. The “here’s what we got wrong” version. The contrarian version. Readers who saw the fourth post recognise you by the ninth.

A visible map. Each topic gets its own cluster, and we track which ones pull your actual buyers rather than other founders. Comments from peers feel good and buy nothing. The report splits them.

Deliberate repetition. You will feel like you’re repeating yourself long before your audience does. On a feed, most of your followers see a fraction of your posts. If you’re bored of your own position, you’re probably about two-thirds of the way to it landing.

This is also the layer that makes you quotable by other people, and increasingly by AI answer engines, which are now a real route by which buyers encounter a name before a website. We don’t lead with that, because it’s early. We do build for it.

Delivery

Strategy-only consulting

Some founders want the plan and intend to write it themselves. That’s a legitimate way to buy this.

A strategy-only engagement delivers the positioning map, the topic clusters, the twelve-month arc, your voice guide, a rewritten profile, and a working session with whoever will write the posts, which is sometimes the founder and sometimes an in-house marketer. After that you run it.

Two honest notes. First, most founders who buy the plan alone stop posting within three months, because the plan was never the hard part. Second, if the writing is the thing that keeps not happening, buy the writing: LinkedIn ghostwriting exists for exactly that failure mode.

Strategy-only engagements are available on a fixed monthly fee.

Accountability

How we measure

Positioning is slower to measure than reach, so we track it in a specific order and report it monthly against a baseline screenshotted in week one.

  • Topic concentration. The share of your impressions and engagement that comes from your named topics rather than from stray posts. Rising concentration is what a position looks like in data.
  • Audience composition. Follower growth and engagement broken down by job title, seniority and company size. 400 new followers who are your buyers beats 4,000 who are other founders.
  • Reputation signals. Profile views, search appearances, and who’s appearing in them. Also unprompted mentions: people tagging you into conversations about your topic.
  • The repeat-back test. The qualitative one, and the one that matters most. On sales calls, do prospects describe you the way the map says they should? We ask your sales team quarterly and write down the words they heard.
  • Pipeline. Inbound conversations, meetings booked, and an honest note on what can’t be attributed.

Questions

LinkedIn personal branding FAQs

Thirty minutes, and a straight answer

We read your profile, your last 90 days of posts and your closest competitors' posts before we speak. Then we tell you what you could credibly own, and whether anyone has taken it yet.

  1. We read your profile first.

Your headline, your About section and your last twenty posts, before we speak. You don't need to prepare anything.

  2. You do most of the talking.

What you sell, who you need in the room, what you've already tried and why it stopped.

  3. You leave with a plan, or a straight no.

If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better. We'd rather lose the retainer than take an account we can't make work.
