LinkedIn Services for Founders, Executives and Leadership Teams

Ten done-for-you LinkedIn services for founders, executives and companies. They exist because LinkedIn breaks for three reasons at once: no strategy, a voice that sounds borrowed, and no time. Each service fixes one of those. Bought together, they become one system that runs on about 30 minutes of your week.

Diagnosis

Strategy, voice and time: pick the service that matches what's actually broken

Before you choose a service, work out which of the three is stopping you. Most founders have all three, which is why one fix rarely changes anything.

Strategy. You post, but nothing compounds. No one can say what you’re known for, because your posts don’t add up to a position. Fixed by the Strategy services: positioning, topical authority and a profile that states a claim rather than listing a career.

Voice. You tried a tool or a cheap writer and the drafts came back smooth and empty. Buyers skim past them. Fixed by the Voice services: recorded interviews, a documented voice guide, and writing that sounds like the way you argue in a meeting.

Time. You can write. You wrote three good posts in January, then a fundraise happened and the account went quiet for nine weeks. Fixed by the Time and Pipeline services: our production schedule instead of your good intentions, and engagement handled by people who aren’t you.

The three stack. Strategy decides the argument, Voice makes it sound like you, Time keeps it running. Skip any one and the other two under-deliver.

Strategy: decide what you should be known for

  • LinkedIn personal branding agency

Positioning comes before posting. We map the territory you can credibly own, pick the three to five topics you’ll repeat until the market associates them with your name, and name the subjects you’ll deliberately leave to competitors. This is also where strategy-only consulting lives, if you’d rather have the plan and write it yourself.

  • Executive LinkedIn profile optimization

Your profile is read after a post, not before one, and it’s where interest either converts or dies. We rewrite the headline, About, Featured section and banner around your position rather than your CV. Start with the paid audit, which scores the eleven things that actually change whether a senior buyer reads on. Not for job seekers.

Voice: say it the way you'd say it out loud

  • LinkedIn ghostwriting agency Flagship

The service most clients buy first. A weekly recorded interview, a documented voice guide built from your verbatim sentences, posts drafted from what you actually said, and publishing and comment replies handled for you. You approve every post before it goes live, and nothing publishes on silence.

  • LinkedIn newsletter ghostwriting

Posts build recognition. A newsletter builds subscribers who get notified every time you publish, and gives you room for the argument a short post can’t hold. We write a regular issue in your voice, usually built from the posts that already proved the idea.

  • Thought leadership book ghostwriting Book & Long-Form IP Planning

Two years of posts and newsletter issues are a book’s first draft that most founders never notice they’ve written. We build the structure and decide what the book argues, then write it with you. The same work produces the keynote, the framework and the report.

Fixed-fee project in phases (strategy, outline, drafting). Quoted after scoping.

Time: the consistency you keep losing

  • LinkedIn engagement management

Comments on other people’s posts put you in front of people who don’t follow you yet, and it’s the first thing to disappear from a busy week. We write considered comments on your buyers’ and partners’ posts, reply to the comments on yours, and keep a named list of accounts worth being visible to. Written by people, in your voice, from your account.

Pipeline: turn attention into conversations

  • LinkedIn lead generation for founders

Content-led, not an outbound sweatshop. Inbound conversations from posts that attract the right buyer, lead magnets that capture the people who aren’t ready to talk yet, warm social selling in the DMs of people who engaged with you, and Sales Navigator lists built around who’s actually in-market.

  • LinkedIn advertising agency

Led by Thought Leader Ads: paid promotion of your own best-performing posts, from your profile, to a targeted buyer list. The creative problem most LinkedIn ads accounts have is already solved, because we wrote the post and it already proved it works organically. Sponsored Content and lead gen forms sit alongside it.

Management fee from 15% of ad spend, with a recommended minimum spend of USD 3,000 a month. Ad spend is billed to your own LinkedIn ad account.

Corporate: for companies buying on behalf of their leaders

  • Corporate personal branding Personal Branding for Corporates

One program across your leadership team. Each executive gets their own voice guide and their own lane, and all of them ladder up to one company narrative, so three leaders aren’t posting the same thing in three different registers. Includes governance, approval routing through comms or legal, and the employee advocacy layer.

Priced per executive, with a programme fee. Quoted after the audit call.

  • LinkedIn company page management

Your company page will never out-reach your founders, and it shouldn’t try. We run it as the place that proves the company is real: the page a buyer checks after a founder’s post. Page optimisation, a sustainable cadence, and a division of labour with your executives’ profiles so the two stop competing.

Monthly fee, quoted after the audit call, or added to any tier.

The system

How these LinkedIn services for founders combine into one system

Bought separately they're ten services. Bought in sequence they're one pipeline, and each stage feeds the next.

The order that works:

  1. Positioning decides what you argue. Without it, everything downstream is well-written noise.
  2. Profile makes the claim legible to anyone who clicks through from a post.
  3. Ghostwriting produces the argument on a cadence, in your voice.
  4. Engagement carries it to people who don’t follow you yet.
  5. Lead generation converts the attention into conversations, with lead magnets catching the people who aren’t ready.
  6. Newsletter turns the posts that worked into something subscribers receive rather than stumble on.
  7. Advertising puts spend behind the posts that already performed, instead of behind new creative nobody has tested.
  8. The book turns two years of that output into the asset you’re introduced by.

For companies, the same pipeline runs across several executives at once through Personal Branding for Corporates, with the company page handling what a corporate account can credibly say and the people handling everything a corporate account can’t.

Most clients don’t buy all ten. The three packages on our pricing page bundle positioning, profile, ghostwriting and engagement, which is the working minimum. The rest are added when there’s a reason.

Accountability

Reporting is part of every service, not an add-on

Every service page has a “How we measure” section, and every engagement produces one monthly report against a baseline we screenshot in week one. The four groups are the same regardless of which services you buy, so numbers stay comparable as the scope grows:

  • Reach — impressions, unique members, and follower growth broken down by job title, never total followers on its own
  • Resonance — comments and DMs from people inside your buyer profile, separated from comments by peers
  • Reputation — profile views and search appearances, with the seniority and companies of who’s looking
  • Pipeline — inbound conversations, meetings booked, and an honest note on what we can’t attribute

Flat months are reported as flat months.

Choosing

Choosing between them

Not sure? That’s what the call is for.

The three packages run 3 months minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude VAT (5% for UAE-based clients).

Thirty minutes, and a straight answer

We read your profile and your last 90 days of posts before the call, then tell you which of the three problems you actually have, and which service fixes it.

  1. We read your profile first.

Your headline, your About section and your last twenty posts, before we speak. You don't need to prepare anything.

  2. You do most of the talking.

What you sell, who you need in the room, what you've already tried and why it stopped.

  3. You leave with a plan, or a straight no.

If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better. We'd rather lose the retainer than take an account we can't make work.
