LinkedIn engagement management is the done-for-you half of LinkedIn that nobody sees you doing: considered comments on your buyers' posts, replies to every comment on yours, and a named list of accounts worth being visible to. Written by people, in your voice, from your account. No automation, no “great post”, no bots.
You can review the comment log any time, and veto any account or thread. If we're not a fit, we'll say so on the call.

What buyers say · market research
LinkedIn engagement management is a service that handles the commenting, replying and conversation work on an executive’s account: comments on other people’s posts where your buyers are already reading, replies to every comment on your own posts, and the ongoing list of accounts worth appearing next to.
It exists because of an uncomfortable arithmetic. Your own posts reach your followers. Comments reach other people’s followers, who are usually a much larger and much more relevant group, and who have no reason to find you otherwise. A thoughtful comment on a post with 400 engaged readers in your market can do more for you than your own post that day.
It’s also the first thing a busy founder stops doing, because unlike publishing it has no deadline. There’s no empty slot in a calendar when you skip commenting. You just quietly become invisible between your own posts.
Three reasons, all mechanical rather than clever.
Borrowed audiences. When you comment on a post, you’re visible to people who chose to follow someone else in your market. For a founder with 2,000 followers commenting on posts that reach 20,000, the maths is not close.
Proximity. Buyers trust names they’ve seen in the places they already trust. Appearing in the comments under the analyst, the operator and the partner your buyers read is a slower, stronger signal than appearing in their feed once.
Replies are where deals start. Most of the actual conversation on LinkedIn happens below the post, not in it. A reply that takes the discussion one level deeper is how a stranger becomes someone who answers your DM three weeks later. Leaving your own comment section unattended throws away the warmest attention you’ll ever get.
Not “people in your industry”. A named list, in four tiers, reviewed monthly:
You approve the list and can veto any account, including competitors you’d rather not amplify.
A set number each week, scaled to your package.
As published on the pricing page: 80 comments a month on The Presence and 120 on The Authority. The Accelerator adds deeper engagement and outreach across your target accounts.
Each one is written to be useful to the author’s audience, which is the only reason anyone reads a comment from a stranger.
Every comment on your posts gets a reply, usually within a working day, and the good ones get a reply that opens a second round. Where a commenter is clearly a buyer, we flag it to you rather than selling in the thread.
When a comment thread turns into real interest, it becomes a conversation, and conversations are handled by content-led lead generation. We hand over the context: the post, the thread, what they said, who they are.
Mentions of you and your company, tags, and posts in your topic area that are worth a considered reply the day they appear rather than three days later.
The test is simple. Would a stranger reading the thread learn something, or would they scroll past? “Great post, thanks for sharing” fails. So does a paragraph of agreement.
We write four kinds, and the mix is deliberate:
What we never do: tag people to manufacture reach, drop links, pitch, post the same comment in multiple threads, use emoji openers, or write anything that reads as a compliment with no content. Each of those is visible to the exact audience you’re trying to impress.
Where your voice guide comes in. Comments are harder than posts, because they’re short and there’s nowhere to hide. The same voice guide that governs your ghostwritten posts governs comments: your sentence lengths, the words you use, the words you’d never use, how blunt you’re willing to be, and the topics you won’t touch in public.
Two questions come up on every call, so here they are answered directly.
Are the comments written by people?
The commercial argument for writing them by hand is straightforward: AI comment tools produce the exact tone that makes buyers distrust a comment section, and your buyers are reading the same generated comments on twenty other posts this week. The one place you cannot afford to sound automated is a 40-word comment with your face next to it.
Is this allowed? LinkedIn’s user agreement prohibits automated access, scraping and bots acting on your account. It does not prohibit a person you’ve authorised writing on your behalf, which is the same arrangement as an executive assistant with inbox access or a speechwriter with your name on a speech. We use no automation tools, no comment generators and no engagement pods. Comments are written and posted by a person at human pace.
You keep control of your account. We draft and schedule through an approved tool, or send drafts for you to post; we never need your password.
What you keep. A log of every comment posted under your name, visible to you at any time, and a veto on any account or thread.
Engagement is measured on borrowed reach and on conversations, not on comment count.
What we don’t report as a headline: total comments written. It measures our effort, not your outcome.
Flat months are reported as flat months.

It’s included in all three of our packages, from $1,500 a month, with the weekly comment volume scaling by tier. See the pricing page. Standalone commenting services typically run $300 to $1,500 a month, and the cheap end is almost always a tool or an offshore VA with no voice guide.
A reviewed target list in four tiers, a set number of outbound comments per week, replies to every comment on your own posts, mention monitoring, a comment log you can read at any time, and one monthly report. Close to none. Engagement runs inside the same weekly 30 minutes as the rest of the work: your recorded interview feeds the voice guide, and the target list takes about 15 minutes to review once a month.
They're written from the same voice guide as your posts, built from a recorded interview: your sentence lengths, your words, your banned words, and how blunt you're willing to be in public. Comments get this wrong more often than posts do, because 40 words leave nowhere to hide, so the first few weeks are a calibration period and we send the log for your review.
Not individually, because a comment four days late is worthless. You approve the model instead: the target list, the comment types, the tone boundaries in your voice guide, and the topics we won't touch. Then you read the log, and anything you don't like changes the guide. If you'd rather approve each one, we can run it that way, and we'll tell you honestly that it reduces the value.
Profile views respond fastest, often within two to three weeks. Named buyers appearing in your own comment section usually takes six to ten weeks. Conversations that lead anywhere take a quarter. This is a compounding channel, not a campaign.
Our position on it is firm regardless of the mechanics: a 40-word comment with your face beside it is the worst possible place to sound generated, because your buyers are reading the same generated comments elsewhere that day and have learned the tell.

For research, transcription and monitoring. Not for writing comments. The whole value of the service is that it reads as a person who was there.
Only if you want us to, and you can veto any account. Commenting under a competitor can be effective, and it can also hand them reach. We bring you the list and you decide.
Yes. 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Honestly: engagement is the slowest-looking and most compounding thing we do. Three months tells you very little. Six tells you a lot.
We read your last 90 days of posts and your comment section before the call. If your own threads are the thing being wasted, you'll hear that first.
Your headline, your About section and your last twenty posts, before we speak. You don't need to prepare anything.
What you sell, who you need in the room, what you've already tried and why it stopped.
If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better. We'd rather lose the retainer than take an account we can't make work.
