Best LinkedIn Ghostwriting Agencies in the UAE (2026)
By Zubair & Noman · Updated
Disclosure. ThoughtLeaders publishes this article, and we are one of the agencies in it. We describe every agency, ourselves included, against the same three tests, using only what its own website says and the date we read it. We don't rank anyone, and we don't call ourselves the best.
The best LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies in the UAE for you depend on what you need around the writing: a published price, Arabic content, PR alongside the posts, or a wider marketing team behind them. Seven agencies state on their own websites that they have a UAE connection and write LinkedIn content for clients. They are GrowedIn, Labeeb, Nadz Digital, Octopus Marketing, Sumea Social, Udjat and ThoughtLeaders.
We read each agency's pages on 7 October 2026, and every source is listed at the end. Four of the seven publish prices. The rest quote after a conversation. A short section near the end explains who we left out and why.
Key takeaways
- Seven agencies pass three tests: a UAE connection, a LinkedIn writing service, and a clear account of who they serve, all stated on their own sites. They're listed alphabetically and none is ranked.
- Four publish prices: Labeeb, Nadz Digital, Octopus Marketing and ThoughtLeaders. Published prices that include writing run from AED 1,800 a month (Labeeb) to AED 23,870 (our top tier, before VAT).
- Udjat and Labeeb state that they produce Arabic content. Octopus Marketing says bilingual adaptation is available.
- Labeeb and ThoughtLeaders are the only two of the seven that publish minimum terms and notice periods on the pages we read.
- Price alone tells you little. Ask every agency the same six questions, listed below.
How did we choose these agencies?
An agency made the list only if its own website passed all three tests.
- A UAE connection: a UAE address or base, or a page written for UAE buyers.
- A LinkedIn writing service: ghostwriting, or content written for a client's own profile.
- A clear account of who it serves and what it does.
We then recorded four things without scoring them: whether the agency publishes prices, whether it publishes contract terms, whether it mentions Arabic, and whether LinkedIn is its whole business or one service among many.
We didn't use results, client counts, awards or review scores. Agencies report those about themselves, we haven't tested anyone's work, and the numbers can't be compared across firms. So this list tells you what each agency says it does. It doesn't tell you how well it does it.
Where a page doesn't state something, the table says "not stated". That means we didn't find it on the pages we read, not that the agency doesn't offer it. Prices change, so confirm each figure before you sign.
Which are the best LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies in the UAE in 2026?
There isn't one best agency for everyone, so we haven't ranked these. They're in alphabetical order, with ours in its alphabetical place. Prices are monthly and as published on 7 October 2026.

| Udjat | Dubai (Business Bay), with offices in Egypt | "Interview-led ghostwriting captures the leader's real experience and language" | Not stated: "no meaningful flat price before the scope is defined" | Not stated |
GrowedIn
GrowedIn calls itself a "Bespoke LinkedIn Marketing Agency", and its services list includes "LinkedIn Ghostwriting for Executives" next to thought leadership, employer branding and lead generation. The registered office on its site is in Ahmedabad, India. Its footer lists Dubai among seven locations, and it has a Dubai page that states no Dubai street address.
That page says to set aside "45–60 minutes for the initial onboarding call and about 2–3 hours per month for content interviews". We found no prices or contract terms.
Labeeb Writing & Designs
Labeeb is a Dubai-based writing, design and advisory studio serving the UAE and the wider GCC. It publishes two LinkedIn offers, and both show prices.
The profile plans are for individuals. AED 1,800 a month covers 4 posts, AED 3,200 covers 8 posts including one long-form piece, and AED 5,500 covers 12 posts including two long-form pieces and two adapted Arabic posts. The first two run month to month on 14 days' notice. The third has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. An Arabic add-on costs AED 900 for four adapted posts plus a quarterly Arabic headline and About review.
The company-page plans cost AED 2,999, 5,999 and 9,999. The Growth plan adds executive posts, and the top plan includes up to two executive voices ghostwritten, with an approval workflow before publishing and rolling monthly terms. Its profile page says: "You review and approve every item. Silence is never approval." Neither page says whether prices include VAT.
Nadz Digital
Nadz Digital is a digital studio whose services run from web development and apps to marketing. Its footer gives an address at SRTIP in Sharjah, while its homepage describes it as based in Dubai. Its LinkedIn page lists profile optimisation, content strategy, outreach, ads and employee advocacy. For executives it says: "We architect personal branding for your enterprise CEO and executive board. Our B2B copywriters ghostwrite high-impact, industry-specific articles."
Its FAQ says a "comprehensive organic strategy focused on C-suite thought leadership and corporate branding typically starts around AED 8,000 to AED 15,000 per month". We found no contract terms.
Octopus Marketing
Octopus Marketing is a full-service agency with an address at Level 2, Building 4, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai. Its LinkedIn profile branding page lists banner design, work experience refinement, LinkedIn SEO, an About-section tone update, a LinkedIn style guide and thought leadership planning.
It publishes two price points: basic packages at "AED 1,500–3,000 for profile optimization and branding visuals", and "Premium packages with content strategy, ghostwritten posts, and analytics start from AED 5,000+". It says "Bilingual adaptation is available for wider reach." The page names CEOs, founders, consultants, sales professionals and job seekers as its audience. Contract terms aren't stated.
Sumea Social
Sumea Social, based in Dubai, calls itself "Dubai's first non-traditional PR agency". Its personal branding page says: "We build and manage LinkedIn personal brands that create visibility, trust and opportunity", and "We create content from your positioning strategy, supported by our own research and regular conversations with you."
PR is part of the package. It looks for speaking opportunities, panels and events, and occasionally pitches a client's story to journalists. Clients can send input by WhatsApp, voice note, email or call. The page adds: "We don't take credit, we don't promote that we're behind it." It names senior professionals, business owners and CEOs, and family business leaders as its clients. We found no prices or contract terms.
ThoughtLeaders
We're based in Dubai and serve clients globally. We do the strategy, capture your voice and write the posts. We ask for about 30 minutes a week, as a voice note or an interview, and you approve every post before it goes live.
Three packages are published, all before VAT: The Presence at $1,500 a month (AED 5,510), The Authority at $3,500 (AED 12,855) and The Accelerator at $6,500 (AED 23,870). Each includes a profile audit and rewrite, category positioning, a pinned pillar post and an onboarding strategy call. Volume runs from 12 to 20 posts and from 80 to 120 comments a month, depending on the tier. The minimum term is three months, then month to month on 30 days' notice. Full inclusions are on our pricing page.
On the other tests: Arabic content isn't stated on our site, and we publish no client results here because no test on this page could compare them. Our entry tier sits above the local entry bands, which we explain in our UAE price guide.
Udjat
Udjat is a marketing and software agency. Its contact page lists Business Bay, Dubai as its primary location, with further offices in Egypt. Its LinkedIn page covers ads, lead generation, executive personal branding, company page management, Sales Navigator research and account-based marketing. On executives, it says: "Interview-led ghostwriting captures the leader's real experience and language."
On language: "Arabic and English content is developed for the audience, with UAE or GCC examples and terminology where relevant." On price: "There is no meaningful flat price before the scope is defined." Contract terms aren't stated.
How do you choose between them?
Start from the thing that would make you walk away, then check the agencies whose pages state it.
| If this matters most | Agencies whose pages state it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| A published AED price before any call | Labeeb, Octopus Marketing, Nadz Digital | Whether VAT is included. Labeeb's pages don't say. |
| Leaving on short notice | Labeeb (14 days on two profile plans); ThoughtLeaders (30 days after a 3-month minimum) | The notice period in the contract, not just on the website. |
| Arabic content | Udjat; Labeeb; Octopus Marketing (bilingual adaptation) | A sample written in Arabic rather than translated. |
| Media and speaking alongside LinkedIn | Sumea Social | What PR activity is included each month. |
| LinkedIn as one part of a wider marketing team | Udjat; Nadz Digital; Octopus Marketing | Who writes your executive posts week to week. |
| Positioning, writing and comments in one dollar-priced fee | ThoughtLeaders | Our entry tier costs more than the local entry bands. |
| A smaller budget | Labeeb's AED 1,800 and AED 3,200 profile plans | Whether you'd get more from a freelancer. See our agency vs freelancer comparison. |
If you're weighing a Dubai specialist against a wider agency, our page on LinkedIn agencies in Dubai sets out how we think about the difference. Dollar-priced specialists outside the UAE also exist, and we cover their published prices in the UAE ghostwriting cost guide.
What should you ask any agency before you sign?
Six questions work for every agency here, including us.
- Who writes my posts, and who edits them?
- How is my voice captured: an interview, a questionnaire, or my old posts?
- What do I approve, and what happens if I don't reply?
- Are comments on my posts and my buyers' posts in the price?
- What are the minimum term and the notice period?
- Does the price include VAT?
Our guide to how to hire a LinkedIn ghostwriter goes through twelve questions in full, with our own answers.
Who did we leave out, and why?
Three agencies with UAE links didn't meet the second test on the pages we could read, which is a statement about their pages and not about their work.
- Boldface describes its work as "Personal Branding · PR · LinkedIn", and its footer lists Bangalore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The pages we could read don't say who writes the posts.
- Ohh My Brand has a UK address and a Dubai personal branding page. That page lists a LinkedIn profile rewrite and a thought leadership map, but not post writing.
- Prestidge Group lists offices in New York, Dubai and London. Its homepage lists personal branding, press, social media management and content creation, without describing a LinkedIn writing service.
Two more sites returned security-certificate errors when we tried to load them, so we left them out rather than rely on search snippets.
If you want to learn to do this yourself, Extra Mile describes itself as "UAE's leading Linkedin consultancy" and lists workshops and training programmes such as "LinkedIn for Leaders", not a writing service.

Questions people ask
There isn't one best agency for everyone, so this list doesn't rank them. Seven agencies state a UAE connection and a LinkedIn writing service on their own sites: GrowedIn, Labeeb, Nadz Digital, Octopus Marketing, Sumea Social, Udjat and ThoughtLeaders, which publishes this page. Which fits depends on your budget, whether you need Arabic and whether you want PR or a wider marketing team alongside the posts. Checked 7 October 2026.
Among the agencies that publish prices on 7 October 2026: Labeeb lists AED 1,800 to AED 5,500 a month for profile plans and AED 2,999 to AED 9,999 for company-page plans with executive ghostwriting. Octopus Marketing lists premium packages with ghostwritten posts from AED 5,000. Nadz Digital says organic strategy typically starts around AED 8,000 to AED 15,000. ThoughtLeaders charges $1,500 to $6,500 a month, or AED 5,510 to AED 23,870, before VAT. GrowedIn, Sumea Social and Udjat don't publish prices.
Some state it. Udjat says Arabic and English content is developed for the audience. Labeeb includes two adapted Arabic posts in its AED 5,500 profile plan and sells an AED 900 add-on for four more. Octopus Marketing says bilingual adaptation is available. The other agencies don't mention Arabic on the pages we read, and ThoughtLeaders hasn't published an Arabic offer. Ask for a sample written in Arabic, not translated, before you commit.
Because we meet the same three tests as the others, and leaving ourselves out would make the list less useful to a buyer comparing what's available. We disclose it at the top, describe ourselves only with facts we publish, rank no one and don't call ourselves the best. If you think we've been unfair to anyone, tell us through the contact page and we'll check and correct it.
Ask each one for a written scope and price against the same brief: posts a month, long-form pieces, comments, calls, reporting and minimum term. Then ask whether VAT is included. A quote tied to a defined scope is easy to compare. A quote that changes with the conversation isn't.
